BDA wanted to create an online interactive website where users were able to sign up for newsletters and be able to download articles to use and/or read. This would then form a great base to be able to capture potential interest for BDA to then follow up with phone calls and e-mail marketing. On the backend of the site 2UK created a CRM system that collected users who came to the website and enquired about the different services and sign ups etc. This backend CRM enable BDA to use the database to send out e-mails and follow up with enquiries.
